Jon P. Beene is the Owner and General Manager of B&P Glass & Mirror in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He brings a unique combination of hands-on glass industry experience and long-term business leadership to the company.

Jon has five years of direct experience in the glass industry and over 30 years of business management experience, giving him a strong operational foundation and a clear focus on efficiency, quality, and customer service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana Tech University, which supports B&P Glass & Mirror’s disciplined approach to project management and business operations.

Active in both the glass and construction communities, Jon is a member of the National Glass Association, the Southern Kentucky Home Builders Association, and the National Home Builders Association. His involvement ensures B&P Glass & Mirror stays aligned with current industry standards and best practices while remaining closely connected to the local building community.
